By accessing or using Corflex ("the Platform"), available at corflex.gg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Platform.
Corflex is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are located in a jurisdiction where the age of digital consent is higher (such as 16 in parts of the European Economic Area under GDPR), you must meet that age to use the Platform. By using Corflex, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement for your location.
If you are under the applicable age, please do not use the Platform. If we become aware that we have collected information from a user below the applicable age, we will delete that information.
Corflex is a browser-based brain training platform offering 20 cognitive game modes. The Platform provides solo play, daily challenges, weekly tournaments, multiplayer party rooms, global leaderboards, and player profiles. All core features are available free without creating an account or paying a fee.
Corflex also offers an optional paid Premium subscription that unlocks additional features including Apex difficulty, the Apex Brain Score leaderboard, Apex party rooms, profile customization, and a Premium badge. Premium subscription terms are described in Section 5.
Corflex does not require account creation to use the Platform. An anonymous player ID is generated automatically on your first visit and stored in your browser's local storage.
You may optionally sign in with Google or Discord to sync your progress across devices. When you sign in, your anonymous play history is linked to your authenticated account. You can sign out at any time, which generates a fresh anonymous identity.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any accounts you link to Corflex. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your linked accounts.
Corflex offers optional paid Premium access that unlocks additional features. The free Platform remains fully functional without Premium. Premium is available as a recurring subscription (Monthly or Annual) or as a one-time Lifetime purchase.
Pricing. Premium is offered at $2.00 USD per month, $20.00 USD per year (billed annually), or $30.00 USD as a one-time Lifetime purchase that grants permanent Premium access to the account. Prices are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice provided through the Platform or by email; price changes do not affect a Lifetime purchase already made or the current term of an existing subscription.
Auto-renewal (subscriptions only). Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file. By subscribing, you authorize Corflex and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. The Lifetime purchase is a single charge and does not auto-renew.
Lifetime access. A Lifetime purchase grants Premium access to the purchasing account for the operational lifetime of the Platform. It is a one-time payment with no recurring charges. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Corflex service; it does not obligate Corflex to operate the Platform for any guaranteed period (see Disclaimer of Warranties).
Cancellation (subscriptions only). You may cancel a Monthly or Annual subscription at any time through the Stripe-hosted Customer Portal accessible from the Premium page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Premium access until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Cancellation does not delete your account or your stored progress. The Lifetime purchase has nothing to cancel.
Refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Subscriptions are non-refundable for partial billing periods; if you cancel mid-cycle you keep access until the period ends, with no pro-rated refund. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal (for example, certain consumers in the EU/UK for digital purchases), that right is honored as the law requires. Stripe transaction fees on any refunded payments are not recoverable. Goodwill refund requests for exceptional circumstances may be considered case-by-case at our sole discretion — contact support@corflex.gg.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry up to three times over several days. If all retries fail, your Premium status will be revoked at the end of the current billing period and your account will revert to free tier. Your gameplay scores, profile, and progress are preserved.
Plan changes. You may switch between Monthly and Annual plans at any time through the Customer Portal; plan switches are pro-rated automatically by Stripe. The Lifetime purchase is a separate one-time product and is not part of the switchable plan set.
Account requirement. Premium is tied to an authenticated Corflex account (Google or Discord sign-in required). Premium status syncs across all devices where you are signed in. Sharing accounts to give multiple people Premium access is not permitted.
Account termination. If we terminate your account for violations of these Terms (see Sections 6 and 14), your Premium access (including Lifetime) will be revoked and any prepaid subscription period or Lifetime purchase is forfeited without refund.
Payment processing. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store, see, or have direct access to your payment card details. See our Privacy Policy for what subscription-related information we do retain.
Apex party rooms. Premium subscribers may create Apex-difficulty party rooms and share the link with non-subscribers. Non-subscribers who join such rooms may play Apex difficulty within the context of that specific room without subscribing themselves. Apex party room participation does not entitle non-subscribers to any other Premium features.
Corflex is designed for fair competition. The following activities are prohibited:
Corflex reserves the right to remove scores, reset bests, suspend or terminate accounts, and adjust leaderboard rankings or tournament results when fair play violations are detected. Repeated or severe violations may result in a permanent ban without notice.
User-generated content on Corflex is limited to initials (up to 3 characters) and display names (up to 20 characters) shown on leaderboards and player profiles. You agree not to use offensive, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate language in your initials or display name.
Corflex reserves the right to reset or remove any initials or display names that violate community standards without prior notice.
All content on Corflex — including game designs, visual themes, audio compositions, scoring algorithms, and the Corflex brand — is the intellectual property of Corflex and its creators. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform without explicit written permission.
You are welcome to share your scores, screenshots, and gameplay experiences on social media and other platforms. Streamers and content creators are welcome to feature Corflex in their content.
Corflex is provided "as is" and "as available" without any guarantees of uptime, availability, accuracy, or performance. We strive to keep the Platform running smoothly, but we are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. Game scores, streaks, and progress may be affected by server issues, browser updates, or clearing local storage.
Corflex may display advertisements via Google AdSense on select pages including game lobbies, score screens, and leaderboards. Advertisements are never shown on the home screen or during active gameplay. Ad placement and frequency are at the discretion of Corflex.
Corflex uses third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS), Google AdSense (advertising), Stripe (payment processing for Premium subscriptions), and OAuth providers (Google, Discord). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Corflex is not a medical or diagnostic tool. The Platform makes no claims to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any cognitive, neurological, or psychological condition. Brain Score, mode rankings, and other metrics measure your performance on Corflex's specific tasks and should not be interpreted as a medical assessment of cognitive ability. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for any concerns about cognitive health.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corflex and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of scores, inability to access the Platform, or any harm resulting from unauthorized access to your linked accounts. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (which, for free use of the Platform, is zero).
Corflex reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Platform for any user who violates these Terms of Service. Users may stop using the Platform at any time by simply closing their browser. Clearing your browser's local storage will reset your anonymous identity and local data. To request deletion of your account and data, see our Privacy Policy.
If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, any active Premium subscription will be canceled and any prepaid subscription period is forfeited without refund (see Section 5 for general subscription terms).
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, our practices, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the site. Continued use of Corflex after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should stop using the Platform.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith informal discussion first; if unresolved, disputes will be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States. To the extent applicable law in your jurisdiction grants you mandatory rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected by this section.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Corflex to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
